I know my brothers and I thanked you in person last month at the end of the lovely birthday party you helped us host for my mother, but I just needed to tell you once again.

Planning a surprise party from out-of-state can be tricky, but I knew when I walked into your hall the Friday afternoon before and found you already setting the tables that everything was going to turn out fine. Your banquet room with its soft creamy colors and the natural lighting from all the windows was just the perfect setting for our 55-person gathering. Plentiful parking, a coat room and extra high chairs are always appreciated accommodations, but your special touches—the personalized greeting in the bathroom, the flower bouquet, staying late to let us unload wine the night before—made us look good!

Beavercreek is sure to begin discovering how you have created a special spot for making memories. Even without the photos, I know we won’t forget our afternoon at Nedelko’s.
